Products returned due to change of mind

Products returned due to skin sensitivity or personal reaction (results may vary)

✅ Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

You received a wrong product

The product was damaged, leaked, or broken upon delivery

An item was missing from your order

All claims are subject to verification.

⏱ Reporting a Return or Refund Issue

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible

COD refusals without valid reason may affect future order eligibility

IMPORTANT NOTES

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after verification
